A little French cheese platter for lunch

I love long and relaxed lunches...

Dutchman was still snowboarding in the mountain alps when I took a break for this yummylicious little French cheese platter.

I like that the 3 cheeses: Comte, Beaufort and I forgot the name of the third one (I will research and edit this later) at Le Skiroc Restaurant in Valmorel are paired with arugula, mesclun and mache green salad mix, and of course some bread. The whole pairing balances the taste and flavour, and red wine is always a perfect cheese partner.

My rating for this nice relaxed cheese lunch in the French Alps is 4 stars out of 5.
