The presentation of this goat’s cheese salad reminds me of Christmas.I had lunch with an old colleague in Restaurant Paviljoen ‘t Reeuwijkse Hout a while back. We both had to meet halfway as he has a meeting in the west coast of the Netherlands while I in the south. We are both in field sales which means we are always on-the-road so finding a place is the only challenge we have. The Restaurant Paviljoen ‘t Reeuwijkse Hout was a good spot to meet as it is located near the A12 highway.
Helaas, the lunch meet has to be quick, but it’s always nice catching up with old colleagues again.
